Health care check can be slow for foreign workers
The Department of Employment at the Ministry of Labor has tried
to solve the problems of continuing worker reduced much less than the expected
amount.
The Committee understands the problems might be caused by the
delay in some process.
Thus the government decide to allow the worker from 3 neighbor
countries (Myanmar, Lao and Cambodia) can obtain work permit without waiting
for the full report of health care check. They believe this campaign is able to
effectively increase the amount of workers.
However, if there become later that the worker has the prohibited
sickness, the work permit will be then cancelled and delivered to the public
health treatment and return that workers to their home.
In my opinion, I don’t think this is going to work??!!!!!!
การขึ้นทะเบียนแรงงานต่างด้าว 3 สัญชาติ ยอดไม่ได้ตาเป้าเนื่องจากเกิดความล่าช้าในบางขั้นตอน
จึงให้นายจ้างเร่งนำแรงงานต่างด้าวไปตรวจสุขภาพในโรงพยาบาลที่กำหนด
แล้วให้แรงงานนำเอกสารยืนยันการเข้ารับการตรวจสุขภาพมายื่นให้เจ้าหน้าที่
เพื่อขอรับใบอนุญาตทำงานโดยไม่ต้องรอผลตรวจโรคอย่างที่ผ่านมา
เชื่อว่าจะทำให้ขั้นตอนจดทะเบียนเร็วขึ้น ส่วนผลการตรวจสุขภาพจะให้โรงพยาบาลส่งตามมาในภายหลัง
หากพบป่วยเป็นโรคต้องห้ามจะเพิกถอนใบอนุญาตทำงาน
เพื่อนำเข้าสู่ขั้นตอนทางสาธารณสุข หรือส่งกลับประเทศต้นทาง
